I took my car twice. They never explained throughly to me why and what it’s important to work on the car. My car is worse when I pick it up. I don’t trust. I paid for a point inspection they never give a written explanation of what the car showed.

I had an unexpected tire blowout after hitting a pothole on I-35, and when I got the car in, the damage was worse than just the tire. Two of my wheels had been bent from the impact. These guys were incredibly helpful. They were able to straighten both bent wheels enough to make them serviceable, put the good wheels on the front and the repaired ones on the rear, and helped me get back on the road safely. My other tires were already pretty worn, so I decided to replace all four while I was there. They even gave me a discount on each tire. What really stood out was how well they treated me. They could easily have turned this into a much more expensive repair, but instead they worked with what I had and did what they could to keep the cost reasonable. I genuinely wanted to leave the technician a tip afterward, but unfortunately the payment system didn't give me an option to add one. After an already stressful day dealing with a blown tire and damaged wheels, having people go out of their way to help made a huge difference. I really appreciate how I was treated and would absolutely recommend this shop. Thank you guys for taking care of me.

Accidentally hit the pavement on my way to school and needed a new tire replacement. My cousin came to help me but since he didn’t have his equipment to change my tire he looked up a reliable tire shop and Rodriguez Point S tire & Automotive inc. came up. We go to this place and we explained the issue and Andres the employee helped us, he didn’t hesitate to take his equipment and drove to where I left my car. When we got there he took the time to explain me the issue and also gave me some tips on how to efficiently take care of my tires. Great service and experience !

It ok but my problem still there
Thank you for your feedback. When you brought your 1992 Chevy in, you requested a wheel alignment after replacing suspension components. During the service, we also let you know that we noticed significant play in the steering, and you mentioned that you planned to replace the necessary steering components yourself. We completed the alignment as requested and provided the before-and-after alignment specifications with your receipt showing the adjustments that were made. However, a wheel alignment will not correct excessive play in the steering if there are worn or faulty steering components as we stated that day. We take every review seriously and would be happy to have you bring the vehicle back so we can properly diagnose the source of the steering play and determine what repairs are needed. We appreciate your business and the opportunity to help get the issue resolved.

I ended up with a flat tire while in San Antonio for a convention. When I had a break I searched tire shops near my hotel & I'm so thankful I chose Rodriguez Tire Automative. I got in really quick to change my tire & the worker Ruben was very helpful! I was very appreciative of him! They seem like really honest workers there & super nice men. I was in & out in less than 20 minutes. I would recommend them if your in the area!

My BMW tire got burst at a pothole while driving from San Antonio to houston on Labor Day while I took an exit to fill in gas at a petro station and there are only two stores open. The first one I drove to with bursted flat tire didn’t have the size required , then I called Rodriguez tires and they had the size which I needed and the I drove there slowly on run flat tire and in less than 25 min they replaced the tire and I was back on the road. Thank you Rodriguez Tire for saving my day especially on Labor Day when majority of stores are closed. Exceptional Service.
